Im 13 and I need serious help with my workout routine?honest answers plz. RE- POST?

Change your reps, do 3 sets until failure (meaning most you can), wait a few min then repeat, this maxamizes your workout, 50 pushups 10 at a time may be nice but with workouts such as ones without equipement you have to keep stepping up the intensity to keep getting results
