Would you take Tylenol?

I know Tylenol is the one pain reliever you can take when prego. Have any of your doctors told you to avoid it whenever possible, or is it really OK to take if very limited. I'm only 8 weeks and haven't taken anything, but I have a killer headache. I'd like to go out to watch the Dallas/Green Bay game tonight with hubby, but at this point I don't think I could if this headache doesn't go away!!!
