Can these medications make you dumb or maybe a little retarded?

I have been acting (like not intentionally) dumb or retarded I guess. For an example, a few months ago my mom, sister, and I went to the store to buy clothes and I saw a shirt that I thought was cute and I said "shirt cute" instead of "cute shirt) on accident. Then I have also been having trouble talking. Like I sometimes pause for a little bit. And finally, I have been like having trouble using correct words. Like the other night I was talking to my sister and telling her that my friend was pretending to stab me when we hung out and I said "he tried to knife me." hen I meant stab. I am currently taking Geodone for some reason that I don't know and Lamictal to stabilize my mood. So can thes medications be making me dumb or maybe making me a little retarded?
