Gall stones or pancreatitis?

I've had 3 bouts of pancreatitis in the past year and have been nauseas and having a ton of pain in my left side 4 the last few days which has just been getting worse. Could this b gallstones? Wat r sum other symptoms? How's it treated? Does this sound like it or pancreatitis
