I want to know if this is scam?

package.delivery@live.com i recieved an e-mail telling me that i won a lottery and they sent my prize to a courier company and they told me to pay 599gbp so that they could send the parcel and they gave me their number and i just need your help to see if that is real or not i have no one else to turn to to be sure
