Tears keep coming out my nose...?

Try some allergy pills to clear that up. Zytec in the morning and benedryl at night should dry those "tears" up fast. It does sound like liquid snot, tho. When my allergies get the better of me, my nose runs constantly. Sometimes runny like yours, too.
