Who sings an older xmas song with a child stating he'll get nothing for xmas because he was "nuttin' but bad?"

I heard in on a christmas music station... didn't catch the title. It sounded like the song was from the 1940's or 1950's and a little boy was singing (sounded like one of the lil' rascals - but it wasn't) saying that he was concerned that he would get nothing for christmas because he was "nuttin' but bad."
